Everything was beautiful, informative staff, unbeatable location next to Waikiki beach, shops and the shopping strip. Freshly renovated & bright unit with a spectacular view, a balcony and king bed.

The first 5 star hotel where everything was great and clean. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, plus the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The place is outstanding and fairly clean, it offers gorgeous breakfast and prime location right near the beach.

It was surely a really enjoyable stay. Generally service was marvellous too.

Impressive hotel, staff were perfect and rooms were warm

Loved almost every detail, including staff and rooms, they were very good.

The stay was perfectly pleasant, recommend. The breakfast was light, the staff was beautiful, the grounds were spotlessly clean. Glad that the weather was glorious, so I could enjoy its very clean pool.

Everything was nice except the room that definetly needed to be cleaned everyday.

Fabulous venue, lovely bar area, perfect location near lots of good restaurants. The staff was exceptional, they made the stay GREAT.

The bathroom was a little small and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Staff was extremely friendly and food was fantastic. The bed was big and it was great having super fast internet and smart TVs. It had pleasant view, I loved watching sea. Smooth check in and attentive service throughout my stay.

Hotel was spotless and beautifully kept, I liked its ideal food and amenities. Clean beach was located close to the venue. Moreover, the area was lively.

Everything was brand-new! Covered pool, IMPRESSIVE property. We loved the continental breakfast - totally very very good. Access to the nice beach, it was near the hotel.

So glad we choose it, it's fabulous base for staying in Honolulu. The restaurant was located within 400 feet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

There was no shower. In the bathroom poor water pressure.
